Returns will be accepted for an unused PrenaBelt™ returned in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued for the cost of the PrenaBelt™, less our $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed in the refund. All sale items are final sale.
If you agree to a brief call to discuss why you are returning your PrenaBelt™, we will reimburse you for the return shipping - we love it that you care enough about the PrenaBelt™ to tell us what we can do to improve it!
