Sizing

The PrenaBelt® is currently one-size-fits-all*; therefore, we do not have a sizing guide at this time.

*Admittedly, “all” is an overstatement. We can confirm at the current “one-size-fits-all” PrenaBelt® fits waist sizes (measured around the lower back, across the hips, and under the belly) from 35 to 54 inches (90 to 137 centimeters).

We are happy to announce that, in 2021/2022, we received advisory services and funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program supporting an R&D project in the area of size-inclusive pregnancy positional therapy and musculoskeletal support. The next generation of the PrenaBelt® will be able to accommodate a more diverse range of body shapes and sizes! We will be launching the next generation PrenaBelt™ as soon as possible.
