Sizing

The PrenaBelt® Support System is currently one-size-fits-most. This PrenaBelt® fits waist sizes (measured around the lower back, across the hips, and under the belly) from 35 to 54 inches (90 to 137 centimetres).

Won't fit you? That's okay! We have your back! Our next generation PrenaBelt®, the PrenaBelt®+ Orthopedic Brace, can support a more diverse range of body shapes and sizes, including waist sizes of 45 to 70 inches (114 to 179 centimetres)! The PrenaBelt®+ Orthopedic Brace will be available for sale online in August 2025.
