Shipping

We are based in Toronto, Canada. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your order once your order has shipped.

For orders in Canada, shipping is free, and you can expect your order to arrive within 8 days.

For orders in the USA, you can expect your order to arrive within 10 days (this includes the 4-5 days that is required for clearing customs).

If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

Returns* will be accepted for an unused PrenaBelt® returned in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued for the cost of the PrenaBelt®, less our $15 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed in the refund. This means that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label; however, we are happy to utilize our discounts with our preferred shippers and purchase the label on your behalf, send the label to you for printing, and subtract the cost of the label from our refund to you.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is your responsibility to check with your insurer to determine if they will reimburse the PrenaBelt® prior to purchasing the PrenaBelt®.

• If you purchase the PrenaBelt® without checking with your insurer prior to purchasing it and later determine that your insurer will not reimburse it, your PrenaBelt® purchase will not be eligible for a refund in the event that you wish to return it.

All sale items are final sale. Resale is prohibited.

 Warranty

Our warranty will replace any PrenaBelt® parts that have manufacturing defects for up to one year following the purchase date. We do not replace PrenaBelt® parts that are damaged due to regular use (normal wear and tear).
